Chadds Ford, Pa., September 12, 2017 – Counsel On Call, a leading alternative legal solutions provider of technology-enabled managed legal and secondment services, has acquired DSicovery, LLC (“DSi”), a renowned eDiscovery, digital forensics, and data management company. By combining Counsel On Call’s expert attorneys with DSi’s technology-based legal solutions, DSi will offer a comprehensive and unified approach to complex business challenges and ever-changing legal demands. This combination will allow Counsel On Call and DSi to provide better service for clients, resulting in increased distribution efficiency for both brands. DSi was advised by the align5 team of STS Capital PartnSTS Capital Partnersers on this transaction, which took place on September 1, 2017.

Counsel On Call will operate DSi independently out of DSi’s offices in Nashville, Tennessee, and DSi will integrate with Counsel On Call’s managed services division. Both companies will conduct business as usual under their respective names, providing outstanding service to their existing (and new) clients.align5

Through DSi’s wide-variety of technical capabilities, Counsel On Call will enhance its offering in merger and acquisition due diligence and corporate transactions, contracts knowledge management and CMS integration, compliance, employment, and a host of other business-critical practice areas.
